THROW PILLOW PATTERN
There is perhaps no easier way to make a room come alive with feeling than by adding a few illustrated throw pillows. Our Sailcloth prints made into pillows are perfect for kids and family spaces, especially when mixed with cozy quilts and sofa toppers. A simple nursery or family friendly space can be created in a weekend, just by adding a few bold and bright hand made accents that, when put together, tell a story.
Our big graphic prints work beautifully with our ginghams and florals, and the mixing and matching is really where most of the fun—and a lot of the magic—happens.
This pillow pattern is designed to hold an insert, and we’ve included links to the ones we love in the instructions. The construction uses an invisible zipper. If you’ve never sewn with an invisible zipper before, we recommend watching a video first. Once you know how to install one, you will feel all-powerful. It’s one of those little magic tricks in sewing that allows you to create professional pillows, duvets, dresses, and more.
